Gulf Boulevard (SR 699) Median Improvements

CPWG Constructors provided construction management services for Madrid CPWG designed landscape and lighting improvements to the medians along Gulf Boulevard (SR  699) in Madeira Beach. The improvements included new palms, shrubs, shell mulch, landscape lighting, and irrigation.

Madrid CPWG completed the landscape and irrigation construction plans for the project. The Landscape Plans detailed the work elements, specific notes, requirements, and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) needs. The irrigation plans identified all piping, irrigation heads, valves, controllers, and other appliances necessary for the installation and proper functioning of the design. The utility plans included power connections with metered power with service poles/breakers and directional bore for both electrical and reclaimed water service. All landscaping plans incorporated applicable requirements listed in the FDOT district seven landscape, irrigation, maintenance, and erosion control plans preparation checklists and other applicable FDOT safety, setback, and plans preparation criteria. 

CPWG Constructors supervised the completion of the plans and provided construction administration services for the project. The project was successfully completed on time and within the approved budget.
