CPWG Constructors was formed to meet the need for a dedicated construction, construction management, and construction administration company division of CPWG. As it grew, the decision was made to convert the division to a separate company.
In April, 2015, CPWG Constructors, LLC. was created and licensed as a separate company. The relationship with CPWG was still strong and continued when CPWG joined with the Madrid Engineering Group to form Madrid CPWG. As a result, CPWG Constructors is able to easily access the resources of both companies.
CPWG Constructors is built around a team of skilled construction management experts that are experienced in all phases of construction and construction administration.
Our leadership team has decades of experience in all phases of construction. Their leadership allows CPWG constructors to be a better choice for quality construction. From the design phase, through the build phase, and to project completion, we have the ability to provide our clients with the assurance that their project will be completed with the quality they expect, in a timely manner, and within the budget.
CPWG Constructors believes in supporting the communities in which we work and live through a combination of volunteerism and sponsorship. We also support programs that provide national and international support to communities in need.
We take an active role in encouraging our employees to pursue volunteer activities. Our employees regularly volunteer to promote the health and safety of children walking and biking to school, provide staff for information kiosks, prepare food for the needy and perform fundraising activities.
As the President of CPWG Constructors Mrs. Tarte is responsible for the day-to-day business operations of the company including hiring decisions, facilitating banking and legal relationships, reviewing and executing all legal agreements and contracts, preparing and reporting all financial records, maintaining all insurance, business and professional licenses.

Mr. Hart has over 26 years of experience primarily working on Florida infrastructure projects. He has a unique blend of construction management, engineering design, and overall program management experience that facilitates individual projects for owners and clients. He has a strong track record of Design-Build project delivery and is a certified DBIA Professional.
Greg Hass, CGC, LEED AP
Director of Construction
Mr. Hass is a construction professional with 32 years of general contracting and project management experience. Greg provides overall management accountability and technical expertise in all phases of construction to ensure profitability and on-time project delivery. Greg is highly skilled in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and problem-solving.

Mr. Alderman has over 22 years of experience engaging all phases of Florida infrastructure projects. He takes pride in the relationships of confidence and trust he builds with his clients and they know him as the leader that is always “At the Ready” to solve the tough infrastructure issues through his unique ability to match resources, funding, and schedule.
Terry Smith, CBC
Terry Smith has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years in all phases from design thru final construction. Terry is focused on site utilities, commercial interior and exterior renovations, tenant fit-up, and construction engineering inspections.
