CPWG Constructors provided site civil, utility and landscape architecture services for the 50,000 square-foot GraybaR warehouse building on Oak Fair Boulevard in Hillsborough County, Florida.

The overall project consisted of the design and permitting for the development of a new warehouse located at Lot 1 of Interstate Business Park at the intersection of U.S. Highway No. 301 and Oak Fair Boulevard.  The team delivered complete construction plans that included site design, pedestrian access, stormwater, utilities, and landscape architecture.  Although a Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) Planned Unit Development (PUD) covered the site area, a Standard General Minor Systems permit was required, including on-site stormwater management.
