Pavement and Parking Construction
CPWG constructors offer a full-service approach to the customer’s needs. Having two general contractors provides an ability to do both commercial and residential projects. From the design phase, through the build phase, and to project completion CPWG constructors has the ability to provide the client with the assurance that their project will be completed with the quality they expect, in a timely manner, and within budget.
This traditional method is broken into three separate phases 1) Design 2) Bidding; and 3) Construction. Our blend of General Contractors and in-house Engineers allows us deliver quality service in any or all of the phases.
Our General Contractors use their understanding of the construction process to manage the team. Scheduling and constructability issues are addressed during the design, which saves money through better design choices.
Construction Management allows our clients to implement many of the design-build processes with one of our construction experts as their professional advocate from concept to finish, while keeping the design and construction contracts segregated.
