32,000 SF Warehouse, Retail Space, and Office Renovation
CPWG Constructors performed the renovation of a 32, 000 SF warehouse for a national electrical distribution company. The project included the fast buildout of 8500 SF of office and retail space. The office design included modular furniture and all safety code requirements. To ensure the warehouse also met compliance with safety regulations a fire alarm, Security System, and fire curtain was installed Custom racking and shelving were designed, installed and tested upon completion of the warehouse.


Warren Webster Community Center
Clubhouse Renovation
CPWG Constructors completed a complete renovation of the Warren Webster Community Center clubhouse for the City of St. Pete Beach.The renovation focused on updating and beautifying the building. Upgrade renovations included a new ceiling, LED lighting, a new HVAC system, several new doors, and the installation of new low impact windows. Drywall was repaired or replaced as necessary throughout the building. The team added the final touches by giving the interior and exterior of the building a fresh coat of paint


Seahorse Mobile Home Park
Clubhouse Renovation
The CPWG Constructors team assisted the Seahorse owners by performing a renovation of their clubhouse. The original clubhouse was built in 1965 and needed a little TLC, particularly the kitchen and restrooms. The kitchen was renovated to provide the fully functioning kitchen complete with type 1 hood system. The restrooms were renovated and upgraded to meet the standards of ADA compliance. The original ceiling tiles were replaced and new fluorescent lights installed. A new manager’s office and storage room were also included in the renovation. With the additional of new AC units, the clubhouse was ready for guests to enjoy.


Largo Mall
Commercial Painting
The Largo Mall is a 577,438 SF commercial shopping center located in the heart of Pinellas County, along bustling Seminole Boulevard. The Constructor team performed a complete pressure washing and painting of all of the mall storefronts (with the exception of Target and Albertson’s). Our goal was to refresh the mall’s look while minimizing the impact to store owners. The team’s painters used Latex Direct to Metal (DMT) paint applied using airless, electrostatic sprayers. This technique minimizes overspray and delivers a smoother paint finish.


Winter Park Corner
Replace Sewer Laterals
CPWG Constructors removed and replaced the sewer laterals of the Winter Park Corner Shopping Center. Winter park corner is a 100,000 SF shopping plaza in the upscale neighborhood of Winter Park, Florida. Our team replaced just over 900 LF of the original 4-inch cast iron pipe with new 6-inch PVC pipe. Concurrently, the sewer laterals were rerouted to allow for better gravitational flow. The existing 4-inch cleanouts were also replaced with 6-inch cleanouts and then covered with asphalt. To complete the project the team replaced the concrete manhole.


Pets “N” More
East Lake Woodlands
CPWG Constructors was engaged to perform a tenant shell buildout for the Pets “N” More store in the East Lake Woodlands Shopping Center. The team began the project by removing the previous tenant’s fixtures and built-ins The existing restroom was in need of repair and was demolished. After the remnants were cleared away, work the shell buildout began. As part of the design the team was required to perform three structural steel penetrations. Drywall was reinstalled, and the team constructed a drywall demising wall.


Lake Mary, Florida
Pavement Resurfacing
The Constructors team provided the City of Lake Mary, Florida with support for their resurfacing project. The constructor team provided the City with a construction engineering inspection for the milling and resurfacing project. The project goal was to repair deteriorating pavement that was identified during an ASTM D6433-11 inspection conducted by CPWG Pavement Management inspectors last year.

The Box Fitness Center, Palms of Carrollwood Mall, Tampa, Florida: Performed the demolition of damaged drywall and reinstallation of same. Worked parameter drainage. Installed Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) drain guard with sock and set it in a rock filled drainage.
Title Boxing, Oviedo, Florida: Prepared the tenant space for client occupancy. Created a demising wall for the tenant and installed tenant selected finishes.
Title Company, East Lake Woods, Oldsmar, Florida: Our team performed the work necessary to prepare the building for tenant occupancy.
Pylon Sign, East Lake Woodlands, Oldsmar, Florida: Provided the underground electrical service to the new Pylon sign.
Walden Lake HOA Pool Structure and Deck Renovation, Plant City, Florida: The project included the replacement and repair of various components and approximately 1500 feet of decking.
Walden Lake Retaining Wall Installation, Plant City, Florida: Built 135 LF of heavy timber retaining wall. Upon completion, the area was backfilled, compacted, graded, and sodded.
Zennergy, Interior Renovation, Tampa, Florida: The project included the interior renovation six offices and the renovation of the building’s second-floor space.
